Our precious and alive sourdough starter was brought into being in the glorious summer of 2013 in sunny Otaki, New Zealand.
Includes:
1.White wheat sourdough starter (mother) in
glass jar.
2.Flour storage Sistema full with 1.8 kg White wheat flour
3.Extra 2 kg White Wheat flour
4.Wooden spoon for sourdough starter stirring
5.Measuring cup
Short instruction.

Please note for successful sourdough making bread you need a lot of practice,diligence and patient!
