Our precious and alive sourdough starter was brought into being in the glorious summer of 2013 in sunny Otaki, New Zealand.

2.Flour storage Sistema full with 1.8 kg White wheat flour
3.Extra 2 kg White Wheat flour
4.Wooden spoon for sourdough starter stirring
